There is a reason for the new option to Gift Booster packs. The owners are not here to deliver the booster packs that you have stacked up and want to get rid of. Also in the ToS at the donate section it clearly states Booster packs and VIP can't be transferred or exchanged, only time they make an exception if you can't access your old account and they transfer your VIP.
