TOPIC: [SSRP] Jeremy Pickles Boosterpack Problem!?

Hello, i am Jeremy Pickles [SSRP Admin] [SteamID: STEAM_0:1:210287564]
So i have done a recent transaction, for 2 boosterpacks for 60 million off "Smol dong" [SteamID: STEAM_0:0:204543170] He got his money and i got the booster packs but i cannot activate them ingame, it says i have them as you can see here:

But when i go in game to try and activate them, i refresh the donate tab many times and relog twice and join s2 and s3 but still nothing there as you can see here :

So i would like to know what is happening as i have tried activating them for a while now and still not result.
Ask questions and i will answer all i can about all i know.

Thanks for your post. We've just checked your account and can see that you Booster Packs have been purchased successfully but you haven't claimed them in-game yet. If you're not seeing them in-game yet after re-joining you should make sure your Steam profile linked to your ZARP account is the same one you use to play on our servers. If not please link us to your most up-to date Steam profile and we will update your account immediately.
