TOPIC: Crosshair issue :(

I use Tylers green crosshair, and for some reason a couple of days a go this started to happen when I connect to deathrun but it would randomly change when I am on ssrp. Now I cannot change it at all and it has became the default crosshair.

I have tried:
Factory reset gmod
Installing Clarky's crosshair then disable and delete the addon
Subcribing to other crosshairs (all are unistalled and disable)
Verify game cache
restarting gmod after selecting a new crosshair
hud_draw_fixed_reticle 0 and 1 when selecting a new crosshair and with Clarkys

Help meeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee
