So, I'm going to try and phrase it a little bit more delicately this time.
I think this pack is genius. But I also think it's pay to win.
The reason it is genius is that it's going to generate SO much money for ZARP and the server (maybe we could run SSRP off it's own server box, who knows,) that it's probably a good idea. I mean, from reading this thread it generated well over $100 in its first day. Good job raising money.
On the other hand, for the players, it's a bit unfair. I mean, if you had scaled down the items you're offering I would understand, but you're giving them 1 mill, and a special weapon that could be worth anywhere up to 10mil+, 3 blueprints and some bank space (now all you need is craft able bank upgrades ingame.)
It's far too much. People with a bit of money could instantly become on par with people who have spent hours slaving away. People in this thread talking about how it isn't pay 2 win, I can see your point, not in the original concept. But it is still similar, because two new players join, one pays and one doesn't, who's at the disadvantage? The one who doesn't pay, until he puts in god knows how many hours.
Hi does zarp consider to make booster packs purchasable with steam money/games/stuff? if so please tell me when this feature might be added to the server thanks -Kalashnikov

Is this necropost?
Anyhow. You cannot transfer steam money out of the game. Also I don't think you can add stuff or games as money.
