TOPIC: Community Team Meeting Outcome 14/01/2018

In the community team meeting this week we have discussed the following topics community ban appeals, community bans, policy changes and changes to the community as a whole. This week we have done the following:

Community Bans Lifted

In the community team meeting we have reviewed the bans of several people and decided to unban 0 people who have each been banned for a long period of time and have put great amounts of effort in their appeals so we have decided to give the follow people another chance within the ZARP community:

No community bans lifted this week!


Community Bans Placed

The community team in the case of someone disrupt community operations or causing issues within whole community can issue a community ban which bans a player from every services within the ZARP Gaming community. This week we have issued the following community bans:

Demotions
The community team has reviewed any relevant demotions and come to the following conclusions:

Onionrings Demotion: After reviewing the evidence provided the community team has decided that no action will be required. Onion sent the only actual information he had in a private message to the person in question. Had he sent this identifiable information(the IP) in a public channel this would be a very different matter. But we fail to see the harm in sending someone their own information. Also if you can't take what you dish out you shouldn't be doing that in the first place.

Closing Message

We would like to thank all the staff for the work they put in this week it has not gone un-noticed and hope this great work continues by the team.

This is gonna be a fun post to read. My only opinion is if that was a user or anyone will low ranks in the community they would of mist likely been demoted and cm banned but yeah i expected nothing to happen tbh

Had the information been publicly shared that would be a much different story and Onion would be a in a shit ton of trouble for it as would anyone. But he sent it privately to him and the fact that he took a screenshot and posted it without burning the IP shows he doesn’t give a shit about it and is only trying to cause further problems.

Here we are now I don’t personally think I would have done what Onion did but he was trying I think to try and get Micheal to realize what he was doing is wrong.
