TOPIC: Paramontana's Demotion & CM ban

I have to admit, I was absent yesterday so I really believed it was just another banter from the title. But then ... holy cow.

Disappointement as its finest.

I just hope we won't have anything more to add to his actions, or something more severe. This is already enough. I never saw that one coming, and what I'm going to say will sound cliché but : as community manager, he should have led by example. Now that we are aware of that, people might lose belief in the community and its representants.

Community managers are the image of .. well ...OUR community !

Tyler, I feel extremely sorry for you. The fact that you said nothing, I do not mind. We are just human after all. However, being blackmailed like that, it must have been horrible to live and handle all this time.I hope you are doing well, and that you won't feel too guilty and depressed about it. We already lost a good CM, hang in there man.

Captin, Max, we are counting on you guys to make sure that behaviors like that will never be seen or heard of again. We have high hopes and expectations in you guys

I definitely believe that if Tyler didn't want the votes to be faked he would have just told Chute. It was really a blackmail without any substance because Tyler could have easily went to Chute, told him and said that he only just found out and then let Para rat himself out which would have added credibility to his point.

Don't deny it Tyler you liked it. And it's not like I care you're a good CM but don't go and play the victim card here

This thread is going round in circles first it was Tyler than RedPowder followed up with EMP. Funny thing is that people are quick to throw their trust away due to the severity of the actions of Para, now this is just human nature and given the mentality of some members they have to point fingers and voice their opinions on the first sign or lack of any evidence without actually pursuing further, that's what the community team is for and currently doing for the betterment of the community.

You can all say how someone could've done something differently but it is already happened so unless you have some time travel I think its best not to go on as I am sure we all regret a spur of the moment decision, so rather than giving them grief which they'll have enough of, try helping them and understanding how they're feeling.

Don't be afraid to contact someone if you need help it is what they signed up for.
