TOPIC: Getting denied for my attitude?

(Edited) i will sort the staff team as classes

Very liked people (only most liked people will be on it)

Friends (not the most liked but its only for new people that i dont really know)

Ignored (for the people that i do really dont like)

Every class has different attitude

Assassin, as much as I love you (and you know I do - this entire time I've been helping you and defending you in the meetings) this was moat definitely NOT an invalid reason to get denied.

What people expect from an Admin on the server is someone that's mature, calm and can work together with the rest of the staff team. You keep making hostile comments to your fellow staff, threatening to demote them and making claims (such as "I am more experienced than you") when you have no right to make such claims.

Also, it is not just the things that happened with Richie. Cranky, Kana, Raa - you've had problems with a lot of staff, and the way you handled the situations is not what we'd expect from a staff member.

This is exactly what we're talking about. We want to see you work together with your fellow staff, not cause more issues when there isn't one.

Lastly, Richie has been spoken to about what happened and has accepted the consequences and apologized for it. You, on the other hand, have not.

You seriously need to sort out your attitude - not even I can defend this behaviour, and I can put up with a lot of things.

I got denied for the same reason on SSRP the only thing I can suggest is that you really can fix your attitude and keep applying show your dedication definitely avoid making posts about this

Listen to the feedback we give you (see Raeker's reply) and don't try to start more issues / drama. You can't expect to get promoted if you just make things worse. You need to treat all staff and users equally and in accordance with the ethos, and I would also like to discuss this with you at some point tomorrow on Teamspeak.

Your attitude must stay the same with everyone, and a staff member must not hold grudges against anyone, nore should a specific person.

no matter if you like the person or not, you have to be the same with all.

We all have people we do not like, however you just Suck it up.

You made a post about getting denied, no wonder you got denied that was a great decision by the staff team.

Its sad that u can get denied cuz of attitude, its just not fair, u cant force someone to change it. Maybe try knowing him a little better, i had no problems with Assassin after i spoke to him and stuff. Hes a friendly person when u know him better. Dont judge him by his attitude.


I got denied twice cuz of attitude, now look, im an admin even tho i never changed anything. So dunno why u should deny him cuz of this, i have been way worse. And for the sake of god dont change anything, be unique in your own way. Thats what make people interesting. I would rather have one friend like, than a lot of them who are trying to be just perfect.

I think you should listen to Raeker on this one. I really hope you take his advice on board and improve because if you do we can then accept you as an admin!
