I actually said this to Toto last week when he was online during the meeting. He wasn't helping at all because the meeting was going on but still wanted to play (and maybe help a little). Although it is understandable why he didn't help, if you are online most people do expect you to help no matter what.

I actually disagree with Pitt on the fact that Raa is always active when online. Now maybe this has changed in the past week (I have barely played with him this week) but I distincitively remember how he was inactive for 6 rounds or so while being online on the server AND in normal mode (so not spectating).

I do however agree with Bigwhal that if there is any actual way to help the server that you are capable off, then that is always appreciated. No help should be turned down, however active you might be. However, there should always be a minimum requirement (for us 4 hours) to at least make sure you are helping enough and not just trying to look good with your TS badges (or some other kind of reward without putting in any actual effort).

The Winged Dragon of Raa and Slifer The Sky Dragon are fantastic Admins from times I've been on. They actually do reports and deal with issues rather than those that afk and don't bother helping.

I think Erikas is the best admin no but seriously Raa,MPQ and Jurg were the staff that made me want to become staff. When i started Raa was always online and really friendl. MPQ was the same as Raa friendly and really active but i haven't seen him in a while now. I remember one day playing on the server and seeing Raa and MPQ abuse each other that was something entertaining at least. I really wanted to apply for mod but i didn't for a couple weeks Jurg wasn't staff when i started and we became friends on the server when he became staff that encouraged me to apply.
