Hi Pow.
Thanks for expressing your concerns to us. We appreciate your feedback and hopefully I can somewhat settles your concerns.
Due to TTT being such a volatile game mode, there is no real rigorous punishment structure we give staff to follow. This is why we have the Staff Ethos as R-Flex described above. In summary, the ethos expects us to be firm yet fair. We must be able to evaluate what servers as a suitable punishment for someone breaking rule X, and whether or not its fair. Staff are not here to act as dictators, we're simply volunteers who wish to make the experience for regular users better by reducing the misconduct that takes place on the server.
On TTT, we have very limited methods of punishment. They are as follows:
- Slay
- Kick
- Ban
- Mute
- Gag
- Warn
In the example you have provided - I would normally recommend two or three slays followed with a warning. By including my point about being firm yet fair, we need to consider that people do wrong and can (not necessarily will) change by being punished for their wrong doing. Reiterating that we're not here to dictate and ruin the user experience, we need to ensure our punishments are fair; slaying someone for something extensive like 6 rounds ruins the possibility of them having fun in a legitimate way with respect to the server rules.
If you're not familiar with the Staff Ethos, you can read it here:

However, should you hold true to your opinion you can always make a suggestion concerning the Staff Ethos as R-Flex has detailed. Feel free to speak with me privately should you have any questions.
