TOPIC: [TTT] Staff Guide

Added a gif on how to get someone's SteamID in game, will be adding gifs showing how to use commands in console / chat and the ulx menu once the servers get a bit more empty to avoid random messages ;P

Update:

- Added New Gifs

- Added a part of the Staff Ethos to the top.

- Put all staff commands under a Spoiler Tag.

Rather than typing your name out you can target yourself with "^" and you can use "!%" to target a rank such as "!%user" this will target the rank of user and below.

You can use "*" to target everyone.

We have an updated guide on google docs with all the commands if you're in need of it.
