Please no tom ): At least stay on TTT, and even if you resign come on every now and then... Seriously the reasons for you DR guys' resignations sadden me, it's just terrible to see some of the oldest and best members leaving. Tom your resignation is very unfortunate, not least because our current Deathrun and TTT staff teams are doing a great job. The staff are very involved and always promote the people who have worked hardest and deserve the ranks. The admins and superadmins in particular have worked extremely hard and put countless hours into helping the server, in addition to that the fact that they show up every week to discuss, vote on new staff and improve the server shows that the staff team is always improving.

This got me to TEARS, YOU were the reason I applied for Moderator, I got quite far, and you was always there, Without you, I'd be gone months ago and never seen again.

All the people that resign are sick of the same thing. FAVOURITISM. that's it, what brian is all right. I resigned, then blocked.. ect. The staff team is dying all because of FAVOURITISM. One day Zarp will be gone. It's hard to say this, but it's true.

No offence to any staff member, it's my opinion.

Let's take the deathrun server as example here. A lot of people not only staffmembers have left. Why you would ask? Are they getting bored? maybe yes, but is that the biggest point ? No. I have seen enough people leaving the server because of friends they start to miss. Back in the day (from what I know) People were getting threathed diffrently. We as moderators had respect for higher members and ofc other players and other staff. But now the way some ppl act on here and then get everything handed out to them because they are walking hand in hand with "a high member" that disturbs me. After what happended with Spadille. We knew well enough he was that kind of person. But did any of the high guys know ? No since they never join the servers to see how their staff acts.

Tom, you know as well as anyone that it simply isn't possible for people to get treated differently in the meetings. Every staff member has an equal vote and the majority vote wins. There isn't infact a fairer system for choosing the result. Staff members are selected by the team, and we can always be confident in the fact that they've worked hard and that they deserve it because the majority vote wins.
