Most simple fix honestly is:
Give the players who have been playing for ages more shit to do.
Increase the max rank to 50
Add in more weapons to unlock
Add in more stuff for the T to choose from
Add in more stuff for the D to choose from
Also may seem like a bad idea but cap the amount of points that can be donated to 5k a day otherwise you'll get millionaires giving hundreds of thousands to new players who can then buy everything and because they have all skins they feel less obliged to play.

Alot of suggestions were accepted from the TTT Staff Team a year ago but have yet to be added. I really liked the ability of being able to bring up suggestions in Mod/Admin meetings and have everyone in the team vote for them. That way allowed active players ( Staff ) to bring up suggestions that they thought were useful at that time. Right now sadly features are voted/added by people that barely play the server and have no idea of what is needed and what is not.

When I was a staff member and found out about Server 2, I loved it.
And while I was staff member I found one thing that made people leave.

People did not have the textures!
I had to explain to so many how to download or I would send them a YouTube link.
When there were no staff members to explain how to download(or when there were but the staff members ignored them)
people was in the server for 5 minutes and left because of the textures.

The suggestion is great and detailed, I like it very much and I hope some of these things get added.
