How / why would it benefit the Prophunt server: People can move there if they have to shit

This is already a feature, hold tab and then on the bottom left it says Spectate

Suggestion Title (What are you Suggesting): dont show messages from dead props to still living hunters.

How / why would it benefit the Prophunt server: Getting rid of the chat being shown to everyone would reduce the amount of ghosting. As a dead prop may say in chat 'a prop is [insert area/prop here]' and the hunter would go there and kill the prop.

Addition of a new map:
Wolvin's PropHunt Underwater! (ph_underwataaa)

How / why would it benefit the Prophunt server:
There are no real water-based prop hunt maps and I always found this one to be quite challenging,
it has always been my favorite and I think it deserves a place in the rotation.
While it may be a sometimes frustrating map, it was always the map where people had the most fun with in the chat celebrating their victories or frustrations. It would be a nice variation to all other maps currently in rotation.

Potential Issues/Exploits:
Many players had frustrations with this map in the past as "fish" were hard to spot and hit. There are also MANY places to hide and some are very eleborate if not invisible, of course every map has these spots and no map is without potential exploit spots. The veteran prop hunters know this as well.

We had underwataaa removed a while ago as it caused lots of errors within the server and was the reason we lost a large playercount on the server nearly every week.

It wasn't errors, we were just noticing that the majority of the playerbase disliked the map, and it was causing many people to leave the server. We noticed huge drops in playerbase which was largely attributed to the map when I looked into it, and it seemed to be fixed by removing the map.

Additional notes: Ban per days just dnt work. 3 days ban for ghosting is ridiculous. People do ghosting to get money so why dont put their money at 0?

1 or 2 weeks bans + put their money at 0 can change the behavior. Ghosters wants to make money not waste time.

Members recording a video can do this too. Same efficience. Why do u ever say "+staff +staff!"? we need staff and we need members with tools to fight against em. And we need too a good HARD rules against ghosting. (3 factors. not just staff)

How would giving everyone admin rights help the server? I think what you are suggesting is making a vote system that can kick someone? But I can tell you now, that will not work. I myself have been accused of ghosting, but I have never done that, I just know where everything is as I have played for so long, so it is easy for me. You give players the kick ability and the servers will die within a week, because no one would want to play on them. You need proof of ghosting, and the only way to do that is by having admin rights and then you can see both parties involved. You can not do that with a voting system.

You clearly have no idea what you are talking about, or you just refuse to listen to what we are saying. You need proof of ghosting to be able to give them a punishment. Proof is provided with the admin tools and monitoring. With the admin tools you can see who they are ghosting with. You cant just take peoples points away because "you think" they are ghosting. And TO DO THIS WE NEED MORE STAFF! There is no software to add to the server that can monitor and punish ghosters, it just cant be done.

No they don't, most users don't have CS:S. The maps you see on prophunt have been using the standard HL2 textures provided in the FastDL.

I think you mean provided in gmod itself.
Maps will not be added that need CSS content, as we had an issue where it fucked the playercount as nobody had the content. We will only add maps where the content is all packaged into the map or provided from the FastDL, as otherwise we lose a large proportion of the playercount.
