If this could be added to the server it would be amazing i am sure alot of people will love this would love this to be added

It sounds nice! Probably could be acceptable. The only problem I see is that most people will want to join the highest team and this might mean that there is only gonna be like 2 teams available. Still, lets not make such predictions.

We need something like this.

I assume all of this would be on a menu for example F5, or something similar. It would be pretty cool if you could have a custom Team Logo, which you could edit and make one yourself or pick one from a group of stock images already made. It could be something similar to FPs emblem editor. The only downside to this are those that abuse that, but for every suggestion there's always the possibility of someone abusing it, offensive emblems could easily be removed or punished for with a new rule.

There can be like officers that can buy the upgrades and a kicking system too!
I suggest XP boost: This upgrade can give you +5 XP for a kill if you buy this item.

My suggestions:
1.You need to be able to set officer/owner in your gang. <- Or custom gang ranks.
2.You need to be able to set a specific gang description of your gang. (Ingame)
3.You need to be able to set a "Gang logo" for your gang.
4.Maybe a new sword as a gang upgrade?
5.Maybe XP boosts if u purchase the upgrade?
6.Maybe a flying entetie that follows you around as a upgrade

Make a new currency for gangs only.
EG: Now you have points (Wich everyone has). Now when you win a round, you win "G-Points" Or something else.
With these points you can upgrade your gang.

damit, i was already thinking of some sort of this but yeah great suggestion!

When a team gets to level 5 they can chose a sword out of a select category were they can allow team members to use in game.

This sounds awesome! Can't wait to see it in game

Be able to change your Deathrun team's name for free or a x amount of points.

Small little thing but unless you're going to have only 1 team be able to hit the final level can you not call it "the tyrants" because eventually there would be many teams with the same name the suggests a singular power.

To make it great all you need is leaderboards and a solid upgrades system.

Another suggestion would be team wars, where 2 teams compete to gain the most XP in x amount of time.
