Rayman On marioworld as a death, at the first teleport thingy you can jump and crouch into it and it will kill you.

And I dont think poison healing doesn't work

To improve this thread; you can provide a Legend to know what blue, green and red mean plus the three colours being separated from each other to three categories.

Overall, nice thread and this would stop from players exploiting in the future.

A newcomer would be confused at what this colours mean at first sight.
Providing a Legend will get rid of that.

Legend:
Green: No exploits
Red: Exploits
Blue: No exploits detected

...And then we can put those three main colours in a categorical spoiler.

Thanks for providing us with this information! I'm sure this will be very useful to the Deathrun staff team and the lead team in their efforts to remove these exploits/punish those who use them intendedly!

Simpsons Final: There is a way to avoid fall damage on the trap that sends you flying and pushes you back down. I don't know how but I did it once.
