Thats pretty believeable tbh, salty LT accusing someone of hacking with no proof and then constantly questioning him even though he can't explain his side due to a language barrier.
Better to take the kick than have to deal with the hassle of a perm ban imo.

Since I heard para was there as Well I will talk to him and make the decision to overrule this and remove the kick. From all I have heart you guys pushed this user into "admitting" and due to his poor english and understanding of the policy ( even if he doesn't admit you still need to be kicked) this is probaly a false kick. I told him all he had to do was upload the video so he could prove he isn't cheating but he decided to admit instead? if he really wasn't cheating he would just upload the video which he was already doing. I told him to use a translator which he did use if he stopped using it that is his fault not mine.
There were Anticheats of him using Shift+Tab to message me but nothing appeareed
He lied about many things aswell. Saying he never cheated before in any game then he said he cheated in Payday 2, his story changed so much.
Talk to me in raifster before making a decision.

I originally commented that the ban was invalid because Gmod did not have valid evidence for placing the ban. Apparently I missinterpreted the hacking policy and confessions can be seen as valid evidence for bans (kinda bullshit to be honest but ah well), however after speaking to Gmod I have decided to lock the post again.

On Teamspeak he told me the following:

<01:59:33> "Gmod Troller": I told him if you admit now you can walk away with a kick or let the lead team decide
<01:59:36> "Gmod Troller": and imo they might ban you for it
<02:00:30> "Gmod Troller": but it was a scare tactic

Gmod purposely lied to the user to get them to admit so he could punish them for something they very easily couldn't have done. Considering recent events between him and Morgan, as well as the fact that besides a very dodgy confession there was no actual proof of the user hacking, I have decided to lock this post once more. Using these disgusting tactics is never allowed and is even against the law in many countries across the globe.
