How it works is you give the player the money you owe them once you are unbanned. If you don't you'll be rebanned.

Why cant you just join the server, and give him the money? What you are asking for is too complicated and takes time

People obviously dont want to give you a proper, clear peice of help here so here is how you go about giving the money and getting unbanned:

Simply make a ban appeal with the correct template ( I cannot provide as I am on my iPhone ) stating you will give back the money to Cyper, once done you will have a short wait in which someone will handle the appeal and look over it carefully - they will unban you and wait for you to give back the $5,000,000 and if you fail to do so you will being rebanned.

Giving back the money wil result in you be allowed to continue playing as if nothing ever happened, unless you decide to scan again.
