Why do you want to join The Triad:
I have been helping out Triad for a quiet some time now from nuking to just chilling with them and basing. I also have plenty of known friends in this gang and I hope they would like for me to join up with them. I would do anything in my will to help the gang in any sort of form that is possible to me. I can make money easily and would never mind on helping others with money as well.

Explain how you wold work to defuse a situation in which another gang would wish to enemy with us: First, I would ask to them why they would want to enemy us, then I would give them reasons not to enemy with us, get them to like us, and instead enemies, friends, allies, and form a good connection between the gang. Also, I would state that we dont want enemies, and that we are friendly to the ones who open up to us and that we are a good, trusted gang.
Why do you want this promotion?: I want this promotion since I feel dedicated to the gang. Im a good problem solver and good at solving issues between two members, or anybody. I feel dedicated to this gang than any other gang. I have interacted with many people, different gangs, and our gang members, and have gotten good reputation with them. I am in this gang to stay, not to switch up on you guys, I want to help even more with the gang. I want the gang to be the next great gang, as it is already great. I want to have a voice in this great gang, where I have built strong relationships with others and built new ones, gaining trust with them, and having great times with them, I am not biased. I am likeable, and if not, I would love to talk about what I could improve on, so I can make sure that their isnt drama within the gang and for a good connection between gang members and others

Why do you want to join The Triad: I want to join a strong stable gang. I want to feel valued and have a team to help me. I want to be able to contribute to something in a bigger way, and want to come in out of the cold. I have always been in small gangs with not very much money or players. Why do you want to join The Triad:
I wish to join the Triad because the gang is a good part of the community; They help each other out, are strong, active. I've been basing with quit a few of the gang members and also have noticed how strong they are in both attacking and defending. Usually all I do is craft special weapons and try to buy cheap items to sell em for a higher price. Also ofcourse I like to settle down with my printers. I think its good for both parties if we could work together
