Okay so, i went back on our thread to find these "people" that i accepted 3/4 months ago, since bib recruitment was actually closed 4 months ago i am going to assume that you mean 3 months ago, the only person i can see being recruited into the gang around this time is Blocked.

So am i correct in assuming that Blocked is the rulebreaker you're talking about?
