TOPIC: Making money in DarkRp

This is a thread for DarkRP that i want to turn into a place where people tell their way to wealth. Ive been playing zarp for quite some time now and im just wondering. How do people aucually get billions of dolalrs on here? Im just confused. So far all i have been doing is printers and sometimes mining but mining never works out for me because im always killed when im afk. So How do people aucually get wealth on zarp. It would mean alot if some of you could post how maybe you have gotten your wealth. And until I make another thread peace.
P.S. It would mean a whole bunch to me and others if anyone aucally told us. Me and my friends are wondering how people aucually make so much money on zarp. It would mean the world if you told us. Thank you ~ Creep

My way of money is mining for gems, steel. I also craft and buy items cheaper then sell for more. and obviously I print.

I am making my money right now crafting steel over night afk, then selling it for 40,000 each. I'll just have a bunch of gold ready (1 to 2 thousand) then afk mine the stone with my left click set to craft 5 steel with a command when I have my resources. I made 40m in one night using this method.

It all depends of how " rich " you already are.

If you have <1M :

-Grow mushrooms/weed ( Typicaly a batch takes around 8-10 mins and yields around 100k if you grow 5 mushrooms + 2 weed in the 7 pots )
-Print with the basic printers ( They are triple boosted so they are actualy a nice way to make money at the start )
-Mine steel and sell it like stated above or alternatively mine ruby to turn it into gems.
-Participate in events on S1. I won't lie to you, if you're a scrub you won't manage to win most of the events ( King of the hill, arms race, deathmatch-type events... ). But some of them are almost based on sheer luck like Falling tiles, Off the center on the grid ( You just need to drive in the middle and hold your brake for a 1/4 chance to win most of the time ), Chairs of death to some extent. Because right now you can win an event token with any event that you can sell for ~25M.
-Do bank raids ( Tough pretty hard at the start ) but you can get around 1M + a few cases.

If you have >10M <50M :

-Start printing on better printers which are cheap right now ( Aka diamond/black diamond printers ) in a remote location on S2 or S3 and hope nobody finds you. Or if you're skilled enough try to make a decent dupe and defend it. Tough I'd advise not considering the ammount of handcannon on the server right now all the big visible dupes barely survive more than a few minutes. A diamond printer with a double boost makes 1.4M/Hour. It takes ~900k to fully upgrade and the x2 printer booster is 500k to craft. So it takes around 1.3H to make benefit out of one. It's about the same time for the black diamond which makes 2.3-2.4M/Hour but takes 1.8M to fully upgrade.
-Buy/Sell stuff from shops you deem cheaper than the average market price to sell it higher.
-Print uranium as a black market dealer to either sell it for around 40k per unit or turn it into gem by crafting nerve gas.

If you have >100M :

-Start printing on GPP considering they are " cheap " right now. Tough it's still very dangerous because now everyone is running around with scan masters.


The most common and safest method to make money still remains mining tough. Personaly I made about 80% of my wealth during the mega week and the current summer celebration week by winning events and selling/spinning the tokens.
Completing dailies is also a nice way especialy now with the x2 token at the end. But some can be hard to do if you don't have a gang or some money to begin with.

my question is.... Does anyone aucually buy steel ? it seems like the whole server is mining and but also there are so many people selling it. ?

Buy things cheap, sell for more is a good way to make a few million. Mining Steel is honestly one of the easier way to make money. Printing is another one but that takes time and there is always the risk of getting raided as soon as you set up. Get VIP, buy and sell boosters if you're willing to spend irl cash on the server. Join a gang that's preferably in the top 20 and active to have a better chance of successfully basing. Tbh I'm not sure how I got any cash

I made 30mill in 4 hours from buying blueprints and reselling them. Also, I know this is rude but there are miners that agree to sell u gems for like 15 each. You can easily flip them for like 23 each, which could be nice profit. I agree with Morgan's way on AFK mining though, I advise it for sure.

What I would do, is open a new steam account, give him family sharing, and use it on a different computer and then have it just AFK mine. That way, you can do the flipping business, and you can make money from getting the steel at the same time. That usually works well.
