Loans of 1B could potentialy have peoples make alts specificaly for the purpose of scamming you. Since that money will be loaned on long period of times they could easily " launder it " to the point that even a CM wouldn't be able to help you out anymore.

So I'd suggest you are very picky with who you decide to loan 1B with.
