The issue with basing locations on all three servers.
Currently the issue with basing is the locations are
very minimal across all three servers. Don't get me wrong, there's a lot of places to base, however if your goal is have a well defended base that can be strategic places to base, there's only 2 or so per server.
Below I'll go over the issues with basing, and I'll be using server three as an example. I'm going to make this clear, I don't want elevator bases back, I don't think they're the answer. We need a long term answer that is going to allow more basing locations.
Here's the basic template for 97% of all bases across the three servers. Out in the open, little room to defend from the outside, and open to 4 paths of attack to the base, not including above.
When it comes to basing, with the lack of strategic locations, experienced players wanting to make a good base are basically forced to base in places such as Izzies Palace, Hotel Across Burger King, Double Doors on Server One, etc.
Here's an example of one of two locations on server three worth basing if you hope to last longer than 10 minutes.
It's got a non reachable area to the left, and is built far into the back of the map where it cant be hit from behind or the right. It's really only attackable from the top or front.
We need to make some changes to these maps, or hopefully get a new map for at least server two.
