Time / Date of when it happened: Just before the servers went down
Item/s lost: PBU
Proof *VIDEO/PICTURES*: N/A (Making this post incase logs can be checked to show that I had 2 PBU's before it crashed)

Story: Was playing zarp then got off before the servers went down, Had 2 PBU's and left the server without issue. Came back on today and now i only have 1.

You should have the materials to craft said Upgrade again.

Hi Cuddii,
If you were playing between 2-5am BST on 20/04 it is possible some items you gained/lost may have been restored to the earlier time. If you gained an item from a CoinFlip the losing player will still have this item in their inventory, so simply ask them to give this item back to you.
If you were not playing during these times then don't worry there is no possibility of losing any items.

By which method did the other play obtain this item? Did they craft it during this window of time? If so they will still have the materials in order to craft the item again. Unfortunately we won't be able to compel a player to give you an item from a CoinFlip however I'm sure they will give it back to you if you ask them.

Unfortunately we are not allowed to add or remove items from a players inventory for this reason. Because the CoinFlip is not an in-game feature you will need to ask the player to give you back the item, hopefully they will do so. Thank you!
