Because everytime an Admin gets 1 tapped when they are behind cover because of the hitboxes not updating quick enough, they will spam an anticheat claiming that a random thief without a scopeboost is a hacker.

I'm not exactly one for rants, but after reading this, I do believe there are many legitimate concerns. Server 3 is pretty much the red-headed stepchild of ZARP, and has been for as long as I can remember. I'm sure the community would accept most of these changes with open arms, if they were to come into effect. Thats not a real reason. What you say wouldnt affect anyone. If someone dies from you and they anticheat you that doesnt mean they will ban you ( except if you are hacking ).

Hackers need to be banned permanently with no chance of appeal whatsoever.

That's the only way to deter them. The idea that everyone gets a second chance only encourages people to risk hacking because there are no tangible punishments.

There are communities on GMOD with a very strict view on hacking and very good tools to detect when someone is hacking. There are very few hackers for this reason.

Lead Team

I feel that sometimes the lead team is too lenient when it comes to F1's. Even though your main job is to deal with staff situations, you're still apart of a team and sometimes the Mods and Admins online aren't enough. If you have enough time to ask the 5 staff online to deal with the 10 f1's, I'm sure you can help out too.

Staff should feel privileged to be in the position they are in. They are trusted with power and the benefits that come with that. If any staff is being lazy or taking their position for granted they deserve demotion.
