If you being denied for moderator a few times is the reason that you're quitting, you're making a mistake. Take time between your applications, take the critisims given to your application & actions in game. It will help you improve a lot. Before applying for moderator I had to think 1-2 months about doing it, with a few friend's supporting me, I've came up to admin.

All I'm trying to say is just put your head to it, accept all critisim even if it's very negative, just listen and try to improve. After doing so there should be no reason for you to not be accepted. Just be active, friendly & help out. Also, being staff will not keep you connected with the servers, after an amount of time you'll just get bored and give up. You have to enjoy the gamemode as well. Just try different things as well.

I really hope that you re-think about leaving the community. Just show that you know that you can improve and do it. If you do decide to stay, I hope you will have fun with the servers and I would wish you luck in your applications. However if you're still leaving, I hope you'll be happy wherever else you go to. Have fun, man!
