Is it possible to craft steel, with craft anywhere, from a console command?
Like you can mine rubies and auto convert them, but can you craft steel.
I know you need to mine gold and stone, so is it possible to send gold from 1 account to another with the gifting feature with a console command?

If you have enough equipment, Such ass Gold & Stone then if you also have the Craft Anywhere bank Upgrade then yes, You can craft steel anywhere. if you don't have the required amounts then you can gift your other account by F4 > Inventory Send to Player.
