By the way, this was all a huge joke. Simmy is still an owner.

Introduction

The gang has been around for over a year, during this time have evolved and grown into a community driven gang. We aspire to be one of the many friendly gangs on the server. We do not focus on being the best, the most skilled, top of the leader board or 'elite'. Instead we focus on having fun, and making sure the gang provides an environment where fun and fairness can be achieved. You do not need to be a 'pro' raider or baser, rich or poor you're welcome. As long as your attitude towards the community is good we would happily accept you into our gang. We ask anyone who is thinking of joining the gang to try base or chill with some of the gang members so we can get to know you and see if you'll fit into the gang.

General Rules

Be friendly and helpful to new players. (We were all new once).
Be respectful to allies, players and enemies.
Do not scam, ever.
Try to avoid drama/salt.
Have fun.

Basing Rules

Do not steal.
Do not mess with anyones entities or printer cases.
Do not backstab any base, gang or otherwise.
Do not randomly fire weapons. 1v1s are allowed if they are conducted away from printing areas.
If you are gambling you must be at the front of the base guarding.
Don't get too silly.

Raiding Rules

Be a good sport.
Don't break rules to win raids.
Do not raid other gang members or allies. If a gang member is basing with an enemy consult an officer before raiding. The officer MUST ask another officer for permission. The raiding officer may ask the basing member for permission to raid. Officers are to consult owners if they are unsure.

TeamSpeak Rules

Do not mic spam. This includes singing.
No music unless you have a channel admins permission.
Do not give out the password to non gang members.
Be respectful.

Ranks

Ranks will be given out at gang meetings.

NEVER ASK FOR RANKS, we won't be inclined to give you them if you ask for them.

Icons	Rank Title	Notes
	Private	You have recently been accepted into the gang. You must prove yourself to the gang and to the higher ranks that you understand the gang rules and are willing to follow orders. If you pass the trial will be promoted to the rank of Private First Class. If you want to you may add [P] to the beginning of your name.
	Private First Class	Congratulations you have passed your trial period. It is now your job to help Privates within the gang. You are the first face they will be asking for help & advice. You CANNOT assign tasks or give orders. If you want to you may add [PFC] to the beginning of your name.
	Sergeant	It is now your job to help any rank that is lower than your own within the gang. You are the first face they will be asking for help & advice. You CANNOT assign tasks or give orders unless you are given permission to do so by a Lieutenant or higher. If you want to you may add [ S ] to the beginning of your name.
	Corporal	It is now your job to help any rank that is lower than your own within the gang. You are the first face they will be asking for help & advice. You CANNOT assign tasks or give orders unless you are given permission to do so by a Lieutenant or higher. If there are no higher ranks ONLINE , not in-game, you are in-charge and you CAN assign tasks and given orders. If you want to you may add [C] to the beginning of your name.
	Lieutenant	Awarded to those who have served the gang well and have proven themselves throughout their previous ranks to listen to order, abide by gang rules and be an overall helpful member of the gang. You are the first person for all previous ranks to come to if they need help or advice. You are now allowed to give & assign tasks to members within the gang. You are now also allowed to attend officers meetings and make decisions on certain aspects of the gang. If you want to you may add [LT] to the beginning of your name.
	Captain	Awarded to those who have served the gang well and have proven themselves throughout their previous ranks to listen to order, abide by gang rules and be an overall helpful member of the gang. You are the first person for all Lieutenants to come to if they need help or advice. You are allowed to give & assign tasks to members within the gang. You are also allowed to attend officers meetings and make decisions on certain aspects of the gang. If you want to you may add [CN] to the beginning of your name.
	Major	Awarded to those who have served the gang well and have proven themselves throughout their previous ranks to listen to order, abide by gang rules and be an overall helpful member of the gang. You are the first person for all Lieutenants & Captains to come to if they need help or advice. You are allowed to give & assign tasks to members within the gang. You are also allowed to attend officers meetings and make decisions on certain aspects of the gang. You are also responsible for keeping an eye Lieutenants & Captains. If you want to you may add [M] to the beginning of your name. You will be given read only access to the gang spreadsheet. You will also be allowed to kick members, after consulting a General* in a gang meeting.*
	Colonel	Awarded to those who have served the gang well and have proven themselves throughout their previous ranks to listen to order, abide by gang rules and be an overall helpful member of the gang. You are the first person for lower RANKS to come to if they need help or advice. You are allowed to give & assign tasks to members within the gang. You are also allowed to attend officers meetings and make decisions on certain aspects of the gang. You are also responsible for keeping an eye on Majors and all lower ranks. If you want to you may add [CL] to the beginning of your name. You will be given read only and write access to the gang spreadsheet and keep it up to date. You will also be allowed to kick members, after consulting a General in a gang meeting.

Awards

Awards will be given out at gang meetings.

Icons	Medal & Awards	Reasons
	Ultimate Commendation Award	Awarded to persons with great fortitude towards the gang and has done a lot of this to make the gang better for everyone. This is the highest award you can be given within the gang.
	Silly Singer Award	Awarded to persons within the gang who are constantly producing high quality comedy and making gang members laugh. To those who are light-hearted and don't take themselves too seriously. ( This is not an award for being a troll.. ).
	Teamwork & Membership Award	Awarded to those that show exceeding skills in teamwork, respectfulness and handling very difficult situations with the gang. This is awarded to truly loyal and devote members of the gang.
	Award of Excellence	Awarded to those who excel in handling MANY difficult situations when raiding/basing. To those who do not let stress over come them and keep their mind on the target.
	Award of Education and Teaching	Awarded to those who are always trying to educate and better other members understanding of gang rules and ZARP rules. To those try their hardest when bringing a new gang member into the gang.
	Award of Courage and Selflessness	Award to those who have given their lives up and their items in the pursuit/opportunity of saving a fellow gang members items.
	Award of Canon & Character	Awarded to those who have been very active and always respectful of others. Always been there to help others and will always try to be.
	Award of Dedication	Awarded to those that are active with the gang.
	Award of Contribution	Awarded to those that are always basing or initiating raids against rivals gangs. Can also been awarded to those that are often active at creating gang events.
	Award of the Veteran	Awarded to those who have been in the gang for a long time and are still loyal.
	Award of Fellowship	Always follows gang rules/ZARP rules.

Squad Information

Within the gang we have split our members into four man squads. These squads are controlled by an officer. Each officer is responsible for managing, discipling & coordinating their own squad. Each officer choose their own squad members along with a squad name. Officers are accountable for their squads actions. Officers are managed by the owners.

The hope of using this structure is to be able to manage members in a more organized manner. The target is to eliminate rule breakers/minges/trolls from the gang in a fair manner.

Warn System

The gang operates a warn system to handle gang disciplinary action. Warnings can be issued to any gang members at any time who are in violation of the gang rules (see above for rules). Warnings are logged by officers & owners. (Officers see steam page). If you are given a warning, the warning will persist for one month, after a month has passed it will be removed. If you are warned four times within one month an officer will notify the owners and you will be kicked from the gang.

Meetings

Gang meetings will be held every Friday at 19:00 GMT +1. During the meeting we will discuss gang applications, alliance applications, gang warnings and any other topics any gang member wants to discuss. After the main gang meeting has finished the officers will have a short meeting.

Report On Sinister Grin

Hi there , So I wanted to report one of your players, Sinister Grin , who has broken rules and has been trying to loophole his way out of the situation , so here's the story ...

Me and Hellforce and a bunch of others were trying to make a base in s2 , We had our building signs on almost all sides with the exception of the park area which also gave visibility to the building signs on all sides , I was in the base while Hellforce and the others went out to get some items from the banker ( I suppose , they just weren't there ), so while I was inside the base , owning almost all doors besides maybe 1 or 2 , we forgot to lock those doors , and I was trying to open most of them with my Portable EMP , then while I was in the garage I suddenly heard a shot from behind me and quickly holstered my Portable EMP , As I turned I saw that Sinister Grin , was indeed trying to kill me while I had my Portable EMP out , probably to kill me with it , he not only broke RDM , but also was raiding a building base , we had absolutely no raid-able entities whatsoever and he must've seen the signs , I then went out calling him to see why he killed me , when I talked to him he claimed that he thought that I was raiding a base , which was mine , and was also being built , and decided to counter-raid it , after me and my pals arguing with Sinister Grin we asked him why he did it , he later changed the reason stating that we didn't own the doors and that the base was empty , which would beat his first reason , and even if he was going to kill me , there was no legitimate Role-Play reason for him to do so , overall I'd like to see him talked to and handled , of course I don't suspect that you guys would honestly cared , but since I saw that your gang rules included obeying the rules I then decided to do this report on Sinister Grin , I could've taken this to a Moderator or Admin , but decided to simplify the problem and talk to the gang itself .

Hello there, I'm sorry if that was the case as we expect better from our members. As a staff member I take rule breaks very seriously and I warn gang members and non gang members a like as it's my duty to. As it stands anecdotal evidence is not enough to be able to do anything substantial . This is not to say that you're lieing just, there needs to be solid evidence such as a video, regardless he will be spoken to. If there is video evidence I also suggest making a warn request on the forums in the abuse section.
