So basically i cant get the 24th advent item steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=583161991 it its just red and i cant click it

I want this to be fix so i can get the 25th

I have reloged and restarted gmod many times

The reason it did not work was because it is going with the English time zone. So it might have been the 24th for you. But it might not have been in England
