The Council

Aims and Goals

The Council are an elite group aiming to overcome the law enforcement. We will aim to rise above and beyond and become the richest on the server! We will use contraband under the protection of our own guards. We shall not be destroyed, we shall conquer!

Layout
The Councils layout is a level based hierarchy. The top being of the most power and the bottom being the least. Everyone will be assigned a job, if you're not happy with a job you can ask to be moved at any time. Higher up jobs will get paid for their services. There are a lot of different roles within the organisation and if you think a new job should be added please feel free to let a higher up know.

Requirements
There are no specific requirements which are required from you to join The Council but we ask that you have a previous experience in raiding and in the use of printers and plants. If you don't, do not fret, we will train you.

Training
When you join The Council you will be trained by an internal assessor. They will take you to an offsite area to watch you show that you know how to grow plants and will assess your effectiveness when doing so. If you do not have an understanding they will walk you through it giving your hands on experience. You will also receive weapons training. If the person is trained this can be assessed both at the same time.

Give-aways
Every month within The Council there will be a giveaway selected through a random number generator and the number given out will receive the prize for that month. (Everyone has their own unique employee number)

Rules
Our organisation is focused on rebellion and money making.
Within the rebellion breaking any of the “A Council employee won’t” section rules will result in 1 strike on your record. Every member of The Council has 3 strikes. After 3 strikes you will be either kicked out or will be demoted 1 rank depending on the severity of what has happened.

A Council Employee will:
-Listen to their superiors
-Follow the server rules

A Council Employee won't:
-Break the server rules
-Ignore orders from a superior
-Betray a fellow employee
-Steal a member’s car or contraband
-Kill a member
-Argue with another member, be civil, and talk to an Agent or higher if you need help with a situation
(-If the member doesn't have their tags on as they're a cop etc. these rules do not apply)

TC: Board Member - Current limit 3 available
TC: Elitist - This job is always available
TC: Agent - This job is always available
TC: Affiliate - This job is always available

If you have any ideas of custom roles please apply for it and explain what it consists off.
As a employee you will be asked to change your name e.g. "/name <CEO Acialwip>"
