To fix the economy every thing needs to be communist, the paychecks are the same and the money that you print is shared around the server.

EDIT: TTT usually caps easily, trade ssrp s2 for ttt s2 and make it rooftops

Putting people who actually care into LT and weeding out the ones that are only in it for the power/pride. Or ya know, putting people in who actually listen to the community and make suggestions that are heard and genuinly considered. That would be a great start to turning things around imo.
