TOPIC: S3 SERVER RESTART PLS

So there are cameras and textscreens that admins can't remove nor see the owners of and kicking/banning them does nothing the textscreens/cameras stay. Please it's cause major lag and it's just something bad in general.

I was wondering why my fps was so bad on s3, was at 10 fps most of the time

ban everyone on s3, ez fix
