Rules and Regulations
1. Your special suit will be protected from loss due to the breaking of the server rules, should you lose your suit do to major misconduct on your behalf, or due to entering a regular conflict, you will not be provided with a replacement.
2. As soon as you enter your suit into Insurance, you may claim a replacement after providing sufficient video evidence of the loss of your suit.
3. To make a claim you will provide a 25 million replacement fee.
4. After making a claim, five staff members from SSRP will be randomly selected, to vote on your claim. Should at least three of them agree that your suit was lost due to a rule-breaking cause in which you had no fault you will be immediately provided with a replacement suit.
5. The operators of Pegasus Insurance may decide to grant the customers claim without a vote, Pegasus Insurance is not allowed to deny a claim unless the user hasn't provided video evidence or hasn't paid the replacement fee.
6. Pegasus Insurance currently provides for Juggernaut Suit, Nano Suit, Advanced Combat Suit, Hyper Suit, Evo Suit
7. The weekly price of Insurance is objected to change, but as of now the weekly prices are:
Juggernaut Suit/Nano Suit/Advanced Combat Suit - 10mil ... HyperSuit - 20mil ... Evo Suit 50mil
8. After payment has been received the user will have 168 hours to make one claim, which evidently happened during those 168 hours.
9. Should any kind of fraud be detected, the user who has committed the insurance fraud will be immediately blacklisted from any further Pegasus Services and will not be refunded any previous payments.
10. On this Topic, you will have to be polite and you should aim to not cause any drama if you do you will be reported to the forum staff.
11. Pegasus Insurance may deny any requests* without reason.

someone could insure their gold jugg, get their friend to rip it, probs not get them a warning and you would have to refund it?

But to some extent you are right I will consider having the replacement fee highered, even though I will not change it considerably since this is supposed to still be a viable service.
