We are a small community so we have a few rules:
#1 Be Respectful~ Always be polite and kind to anyone in the gang.
#2 Defend The Gang~ If a member of our gang is in trouble and you are aware of this go out of your way to defend them.
#3 Be Reputable~ When representing the gang think about our reputation as well as yours, That means be kind and nice to others.
#4 Insiding~ Do not under any circumstances raid or destroy anything from members of our gang. This will be considered treason, and the gang will vote on your punishment.

*The Ranks Go down In order of Power*

|K| King - The owner of the gang. All gang members must bow down to him.
|RG| Royal Guards - The Kings Personal guards, He keeps an eye on all the gang members making sure they keep in line with the rules
|P| Priest - The Priest is in charge of relations, He looks after allies and enemies.
|S| Soldier - The Loyal Members of the kings army, They will defend the gang at all costs, sparing down there lives in battle
|T| Trainee - The new members of the gang, They will stay as trainees until a Priest has declared them worthy of becoming a soldier.

We have a unique policy on allies and enemies, We do not specifically have allies and enemies but we have friends and people we do not trust nor help as they have crossed us.

These are decided by our Priest and are not confirmed, it is more of an opinion on the gang as a whole. Whether they choose to defend us or not is there call.

Explain how you feel that your time as a moderator will contribute to you becoming an admin.
I think I've done a good job as a mod but it has been stressful and I think me being admin will much less stressful and make mine and other player's RP much better

Explain a situation as a moderator you encountered that was an obstacle you had to work around (EG: defiant user).
when I first became mod I have dealt with many mass rdmer's and some times it is hard to find there name in the tab menu so before I can freeze them by that time they would have killed 2 more people if I get admin I could freeze them instantly and the rdmer couldn't kill anybody else
