TOPIC: What are these addons

i want to know what addon is it that you can see if someone died when you killed them it would say
[Beep Beep] User Fatality

I would also like no know any recommended addons that i should get

go to gmod main menu
press options then audio, then go to captions and change it to closed captions

Options>>> Audio>>> Captioning>>> Closed Captions.
